Terms of Service

Acceptance. By accessing this shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to place an order. Buyers under 18 must have a parent or guardian place the order on their behalf.

Pricing accuracy. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. Pokemon TCG market prices fluctuate; listed prices are valid at time of listing and updated regularly. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at a price clearly listed in error (e.g., a $400 booster box accidentally listed at $40). In such cases we issue a full refund within 24 hours of cancellation.

Stock accuracy. Our inventory is synced from Shopify; stock counts should be accurate at time of purchase. If we discover after order placement that an item is out of stock (e.g., damage during fulfillment, miscount), we offer the option of a refund or substitution at equivalent value.

Condition descriptions for singles. We grade singles per the standard TCG-condition vocabulary: NM (Near Mint), LP (Lightly Played), MP (Moderately Played), HP (Heavily Played), DMG (Damaged). We do not upgrade conditions to drive higher prices. If you receive a card you believe was incorrectly graded, see the Return Policy.

Order modifications. Once an order ships, modifications are not possible. Before shipment, contact sol.superjuicy@gmail.com for changes.

Bulk inquiries. We're happy to discuss bulk orders (10+ sealed boxes, 100+ singles, etc.). Email sol.superjuicy@gmail.com for a quote.

Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from card values fluctuating after purchase.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by Mississippi state law and the laws of the United States.
