Return / Refund Policy

Sealed product (factory-sealed packs/boxes/bundles/ETBs/tins): all sales final. Sealed product is bought as-is and pricing reflects collector market value. Exception: if the package arrives damaged in transit (verified via photos within 48 hours of delivery), full refund or replacement at our option.

Singles (individual cards): returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the condition received does not match the listed grade. To request a return on grading-mismatch:

  1. Contact us at sol.superjuicy@gmail.com with order number + photos of the card showing the defect.
  2. We respond within 1 business day with a return label OR an explanation if we believe the grade was accurate.
  3. On approval, mail the card back in identical or better packaging than received. Original sleeve/toploader required.
  4. Once received and inspected, refund issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Customer-changed-mind returns on singles. Not accepted. This protects against card-swap fraud, which is a known issue in the TCG-singles secondary market.

Order cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for full refund any time before shipment. After tracking number is generated, the standard return policy above applies.

Refund timing. Refunds processed within 3 business days of return inspection or order-cancellation. Bank-side processing may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
