Shipping Policy
Where we ship. Continental United States only — the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or any APO/FPO addresses.
Carrier and rates. All shipments via USPS. Customers choose the service tier at checkout — USPS Ground Advantage® (2–5 business days), USPS Priority Mail® (1–3 business days), or USPS Priority Mail Express® (1–2 business days, money-back guarantee). Rates are calculated live at checkout based on package weight and your destination ZIP. The customer pays the actual USPS rate.
Tracking. Every shipment is tracked end-to-end. Your tracking number is emailed at the time of shipment.
Processing time. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Lost or damaged in transit. If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number first. We will replace any package confirmed lost or damaged in transit per USPS investigation, or fully refund if replacement isn't possible.
Holidays / outages. We do not ship on USPS-observed holidays. Major weather events or USPS service disruptions may delay shipments — we'll communicate via email if your order is affected.
