Response time. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Most order questions are answered same-day during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday).

For order issues (wrong item, damaged in transit, grading concern), please include:

• Order number (from your order confirmation email)
• Photos of the item if condition-related
• Tracking number if shipping-related

This lets us resolve your issue on the first reply instead of a back-and-forth chain.

For grading or condition questions before purchasing a single — yes, please ask. We'd rather you confirm before buying than be surprised on arrival.
