Return + Refund Policy
The short version
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was listed, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit, your call.
We don't accept returns on opened sealed product or on raw singles based on subjective condition disagreement. We describe condition conservatively upfront — if you're unsure about a card, ask for additional photos before buying.
What's covered
- Damaged in transit — package arrives crushed, soaked, or contents are visibly damaged. Photo the package + contents, email us within 7 days.
- Wrong item shipped — you ordered Suicune KO Box, we shipped Kyogre KO Box. We'll cover return shipping + ship the correct item or refund.
- Sealed product clearly tampered with — re-sealed, cracked seal, missing components. Photo it, email us within 7 days.
- Significant discrepancy from listing — listed as Near Mint but obvious damage is visible. We'll discuss case-by-case; honest mistakes get refunded promptly.
What's NOT covered
- Buyer's remorse on sealed product. Once a sealed box, blister, or pack arrives in stated condition, that sale is final.
- Card pulls from sealed product. What's in a booster pack is what's in the booster pack. We don't refund based on what cards you pulled (or didn't).
- Subjective condition disputes on raw singles. We describe condition conservatively (a card we list as NM is closer to LP than to mint by collector standards). If you're a stickler for condition, ask for additional photos before buying.
- Damage from buyer mishandling. If the package arrives intact but the contents got damaged after you opened it, that's not a return.
How to start a return
- Email us at the address on the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, what's wrong, and photos (package + contents).
- We'll respond within 24 hours during business days with next steps.
- If a return is approved, we'll issue a prepaid return label OR (for low-value items) just refund without requiring the return.
Refund processing
Approved refunds process to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of either (a) us receiving the returned item, or (b) us approving a label-free refund. Your bank may take an additional 2–7 days to display the refund on your statement.
Store credit option
If you'd rather get store credit than a cash refund, we'll add a 10% bonus on top of the refund amount as a thanks for staying in the shop.
We're a small operation
Super Juicy TCG is a one-person shop. We hand-pull and hand-pack every order, and we want every transaction to leave you happy enough to come back. If something's off, tell us — we'd rather make it right than have you grumble silently.
